At some point, your Google Ads account starts feeling “stable”. The numbers calm down. The dashboard looks predictable. You finally stop checking it every two hours.
So you do what you’re supposed to do - you scale.
And that’s where the whole thing breaks.
Spend goes up, ROAS drops, and suddenly the account starts acting like a completely different machine. PMAX pushes budget into places you didn’t ask for. One day looks fine, the next day looks like a disaster. You start making changes just to feel like you’re regaining control - bid adjustments, negatives, settings, tweaks - and it becomes this constant loop of reacting instead of building.
Then you scale back to stop the bleeding.
And of course… it stabilizes again.
Which is the worst part, because now you know the truth: you’re not scaling. You’re bouncing between “safe” and “broken”.
That’s the stage most eCommerce brands get stuck in. Not because they don’t work hard, or because they’re missing some secret hack - but because the account has no structure that can handle growth. No system that tells you when to push, when to hold, and when to cut - without emotions running the show.
My job is to turn that chaos into something boring. Predictable. Repeatable. An account you can actually scale without praying every time you increase budget.
